Adieu to X Factor

Sigh. The X Factor is over. I’ll really miss it and all the fashion round up, thanks for all your emails and comments, especially about the contestants style. What am I to do every Saturday and Sunday night from now on? I really wanted Olly to win, but alas Joe pipped him at the post.

If you havent guessed it by now, Dannii is my overall winner in the style stakes in this series – Cheryl may well have won on the Judges side of things (her prodigees have won 2 years in a row).

On X Factor Final night, Dannii Minogue continued to work her bob with yet another chic do. I loved her hairband (plenty of these for sale in H&M or Accesorize) but it was probably too much with the earrings aswell.  I would’ve chosen one or the other.

Contnuing on the HUGE earrings front, she showed off her Texas Earrings in Lemon Quartz (£165, Blaguette) which she paired with a stack of white diamond Blaguette bracelets (£170 each).

I loved her Grecian dress look – a grey Osman Yousefzada draped goddess dress with a gold wrap and pewter peep toes shoes. I found a lesser priced grey Goddess dress by Alexander Wang on Browns Fashion (£615, €693) and an even cheaper one on Asos (£55, €62)

Sunday night saw yet another cool hairstyle and an gold J’Aton Couture dress. I dont think Dannii is so suited to warm colours like this glitzy gold number, the cooler ones like siver, pink and white suit her better.

It may well be the last time we see her on the X Factor as there are rumours that she’ll be replaced by Mel B. I really cant see Mel being as fashion forward as Ms. Minogue though!

And so, we bid adieu to X Factor for another year. In the meantime, here’s a rundown of the finalists outfits.
