Surviving The Galway Races

Well I’m glad to report that I’ve survived my first ever trip to the Galway Races.

And what a day it was. The sun shone on Ladies Day and there was no sign of a recession at all with glamorous ladies clamouring in the Champagne tent for Moet at €95 a bottle (the cheaper option was sparkling wine for €75!).
