Pictured above: Peter Pillotto for Target
I am a huge fan of Peter Pillotto – the young design duo sold at Brown Thomas Dublin.
Their bright prints always catch my eye and although I’d love to own one of their actual designs, it’s usually way beyond my budget at around 1000 Euro a dress.
However, there are ways to get the look for less.
Sold online on Net-a-porter – for the January or summer sales, you can get up to 50% off.
Sometimes, the high street copies the look and last year Marks and Spencer did just that (see where I wore the M&S Peter Pilotto dupe dress here when I met John Rocha at his Specsavers collection launch) or this season at River Island.
In February, Peter Pilotto will hook up with US store Target for a Peter Pilotto for Target collection. However, there’s no need to book a flight to the States though as the collection will be sold online on Feb 9th on Net-a-porter.com ! And with prices at around 60 pounds for a dress and 40 pounds for a jacket, I’ve marked the date in my diary now to log-on to buy.
