To celebrate the launch of Certina watches in Ireland, the Swiss watch maker teamed up with Arnotts department store for a Formula One “Glam Prix” party on Friday night, to coincide with the Bavaria City Racing weekend.
The Certina F1 simulator created a fantastic buzz over the weekend where over 700 drivers screeched around the Silverstone National Circuit in a Formula 1 car simulator in store, recreated by Certina Watches during the bank holiday weekend.
What She Drank: Bavaria beer, served in beer buckets as opposed to trays. It’s actually a Dutch beer, we found out on the night!
What We Wondered: How the models got into their teeny PVC suits which looked sprayed on. For once, all eyes were on the F1 car and not the girls .
