Remember when Mary Portas, retail guru and the brains behind “Mary Queen of Shops” visited Ireland last year and gave Avoca a raving review ? Well she’s back and this time, with the fourth season of her shoe collab with Clarks, “Mary & Clarks”.
Designed for women, this season sees La Tuilerie, a leg-lengthening ankle cuffed wedge alongside a soft black suede combined with patent nude and mocha snake or a fashion-forward mix of tangerine, nude and silver.
La Promenade is a studded brogue in black or white and mocha snake to be worn all summer long, whether it’s to slip on for the school run or for Sunday lunch in the pub garden.le.
Mary says ‘I defy anyone to say they can find a more comfortable three inch heel than mine. I believe every woman deserves fabulous shoes which don’t leave you fainting with pain after you’ve had them on a few hours. That’s why I’m so happy to have worked with Clarks again on this collection of stylish feet savers which you can actually wear all day (and night) long – trust me, I’ve tried.”
Spring/Summer 13’s also sees La Lumiere, a strappy sandal which comes in go-with-everything cream or navy snake as well as vivid turquoise.
Have a look at the SS13 range for yourself, in our gallery below.
Availability: €100 for flats, €130 for courts and wedges. Mary & Clarks is available in Ireland in Clarks Grafton Street and Clarks Dundrum Town Centre only. www.clarks.co.uk
