The high street giants are taking Fashion Weeks by storm this year as, for the first time ever, River Island  showed their Rihanna collection at London Fashion Week (you can watch the footage here) and H&M threw one hell of a show at Paris Fashion Week last night. For their first ever fashion week appearance they pulled out all the stops using models models Cara Delavinge in the super chic setting of  Musée Rodin’s garden which was decorated like a dream apartment full of the party elegance of ’70s Paris.

The front row saw Ashley Olsen, Chloe Moretz and Emma Roberts alongside British covergirls Pixie Geldof, Daisy Lowe and actor Melissa George.

Alongside a masculine overcoats, a cable knit jumper, a boho jacket, a double-breasted leather jacket there was a sense of delicacy in some of the pieces such as an open-back sequined dress and an embellished and fringed shoulder piece.

The clothes H&M showcased will be not much higher in price than the normal H&M gear and will be in available to shop in 200 stores worldwide and online from 5th September.
