Editor’s Picks: April Shopping

Shopping – from the latest wrist-have to how to inject coloured tailoring into your wardrobe, this is what I’m buying this month -note to self, mid season sales start this week!

Runners (Bought): I picked up a pair of Asics runners with 25% off yesterday, under the Trainer scrappage scheme at Life Style Sports. The scheme is running until 8th April in all Life Style Sports stores, whereby if you trade in your old Asics, you get 25% off a new pair. These ones which I took on Instagram, are €125 reduced to €93 with the discount.  I’ve no excuse not to exercise now!

A bright blazer (Coveting): It’s time to swap the nude or black blazer for a brighter version for summer. I’ve my eye on this fuchsia pink blazer at Oasis (€88) and this Warehouse turquoise blazer (€78) as worn by Alesha Dixon. Decisions, Decisions…

Neutral Wedges (bought): I love the perforated trend that’s coming through this season and picked up these wedges in Rockport as soon as the sun came out. Now all I need is a pedicure and I’m good to wear them.

Gold Watch (Coveting): I’ve wanted a Michael Kors watch for ages now but alas can’t stretch to the price tag. Luckily Swatch has come up with this gold beauty as part of their Irony THE Chrono collection and at €178 (at Swatch stores and Arnotts), it will fit the wrist nicely.

Swatch €178

And with all the mid season sales starting this week, there should be bargains galore for you to choose from. Let me know if you’ve bought anything nice recently.
