We were flattered when The Little Luxist, the luxury jewellery blog, wrote about our Royal Wedding party in Boodles.

It goes something like this:

“During the pomp and circumstance surround last week’s Royal wedding (it’s already been a week? And we’ve all found something new to talk bout? My God and they said it would never happen), I was kindly swept along for the festivities to Boodles by, who had the ingenious idea of hosting a terribly British viewing party – complete with crustless sandwiches, scones and Pimms.

To add to the fun, Boodles were showcasing some of their most amazing sapphires, including this beauty, at approximately 20cts, set with a magnificent surround of diamonds. How was a girl not to get distracted?! What followed was a a divine scramble to try on the rest of the rings winking away in the glass cases. I fell in love with an untreated ruby, flanked by yet more diamonds – until one raving Royalist pointed out which unlucky member wore one of those on her engagement – for those in the dark, that would be Fergie. eek. And speaking of – I do wonder what S A-P thought of Princess Eugenie, wearing one of her Union Jack rings while not quite flying the flag for British style…”
